Seating Plans
If your planning a seated wedding breakfast for a large number of people, a seating plan is a great way to ensure your guests can find their seats quickly and easily.
Once you have a complete list of all the guests that have accepted your invitation, determine the number of tables you will have at the meal and the number of guests each table will accomodate. Agree with your wedding venue the best layout for the tables. Give each table a number or name and then assign your guests to each table.
Once this information is agreed a seating plan can then be made and displayed at the entrance of the room where the wedding breakfast will be held. Cards displaying the table number or name should then be put onto each table as indicated on the seating plan. You may wish to assign guests to a specific seat, in which case place cards can be put on the table for each guest.
I can make co-ordinated seating plans, table numbers and place cards in all of my wedding stationery designs. My seating plans are available in the following sizes: A1, A2, A3 and A4.
