DELIVERY Delivery Times Delivery times are dependant on the size of your order and our current workload. It may be necessary to split your order into 2 deliveries depending upon the items ordered as you may require some of your items before the rest of the order details have been finalised. Delivery Prices Delivery prices are calculated individually for each order according to the value and total weight of the order and the number of deliveries required. Once I have received your order I will confirm the total delivery cost for your order prior to order acceptance. As your order is special and the sheer time involved in handmaking your order we send all items (excluding samples) via a tracked method to ensure you receive your order safely & in plenty of time. I will always notify you when the item has been posted. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. In the event that the first delivery attempt fails then it is your responsibility to contact the courier to rearrange delivery or to collect, failure to do so within 7 days will result in the parcel being returned to us. In the event that this happens, additional postage costs will be incurred by you for us to resend. If you live locally you are welcome to collect your items for free at a pre-arranged time.
